BSAS complies with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010, which came into operation in November 2013, in relation to the collection, processing, and handling of personal data of potential visitors and clients.

In the course of our business dealings, we may, either directly or indirectly through third parties, collect, use, process, and where relevant, disclose personal information. This may include contact details, background information, and any other information necessary for the purposes of viewing or visiting the Gallery, hosting events at the Gallery, and enabling us to share regular communications regarding our services.

We may also disclose personal data where required by law or where such disclosure is made in good faith to comply with the requirements of any law enforcement agency, court order, or legal process, or to protect and defend the rights or property of the Gallery and its personnel.
